Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
· A detailed medical history form
· Your personal details such as name, address, D.O.B and contact details
· Before and after photographs of each treatment carried out
We use the information that you have given us in order to assess for any contra indications you may have prior to any treatment being carried out.
Photographs are taken to show the results of treatment. (With client consent these may be used for marketing purposes and displayed on the internet and social media)
We may share this information with medical professionals if there was an emergency.
